Ingredients
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Shallot, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Sonoma Vinegar pear champagne vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Toss with your favorite salad greens, add goat cheese, fresh raspberries and almonds.
